Double Payment to Seller Over $2500 Kept, $26 Refund Withheld

A double payment was issued to a seller in an amount exceeding $2500. The seller did not get the funds; eBay/PayPal kept the money. I sent emails for 30 to 45 days.

Now I had to fax my license and utility bill (as if they could see it was me on the license). They still did not give the money back. They finally said they would keep it for 6 months just to be safe.

I told them that, according to the contract I agreed to, when a seller does not collect the funds (uncollected funds), an automatic return will be done in 30 days. I told them they were in breach of our contract and I was taking action. They sent my money back within 2 weeks of that email.

But they kept my refund of $26! No lie, they will not give it back, and it has been over 3 months now.

Now they have suspended my account. Go figure.
