Demonicrcracing find him on ebay

This guy should not be on ebay! I won his auction and he states payment due with in ten days of close of auction. I was going to make payment but i had to wait for Two transactions to clear PayPal so i would not be short on funds! I emailed the seller to tell him (WITH NO RESPONSE FROM HIM) so on the 4th day he sent a 2ND invoice stating the total, again i emailed to make him aware of the Situation i was having with paypal. Again (NO REPSONSE FROM THE SELLER), on the 5TH day i receive another invoice stating the total.

So i checked paypal and i had one more transaction to clear. On the 6th day he files the none paying bidder alert! So i responded to it and gave my reason why! In his payment rules he states with in 10 days from close of auction. I paid on the 29th befor i went to bed and i sent him a Email saying i paid. Again (no response from the seller). Today is July 6th and the seller emailed me to tell me he shipped today! Why in the hell did he wait until today to ship it? 7 days later. This guy is a loser should not be on ebay. How can you sell like this and be on ebay!

He is a joke and ebay sould kick him off. But ebay likes it when you are a huge seller with multiple auctions so they can BANK all of that money, ohhyes and paypal also. So ebay and paypal are getting paid from this guy both ways!

I will never bid on his auctions again this seller has Very Poor comminactions to none at all. If my paypal was in the clear i would have paid ASAP. So i guess this is the treatment i get for having problems with paypal and them taking ot long to clear out transaction. But Paypal sure is in a hurry to remove there paypal fee's..
