Rip-off waste of time

I took my computer in to get it fixed and without telling me they re-formatted my hard-drive destorying files that i needed. Upon returning it, the computer came with a different operating system (OS) that was considered to be superior but i did not care for it. I then took it back and asked them to put my old OS back on, which they said they would, when i got my computer back a week and a half later, it still had the same OS as the first time. So far they have had my computer fo just short of one month.
