Juno Platinum ISP
AKA Juno Premium ripoff

Internet & Web

Juno has a "Give Juno To A Friend" program that if you refer someone to sign up for their premium services for 90 days, they will send a $20.00 finders fee in about 4 weeks.

I have in total referred three people and have yet to see any money. The first two that I referred back in early Juno said that the rules were not followed exactly as stated in the official guidelines. I talked to the two that I referred. One said she was not sure if she did all she was supposed to, but the other said she definitely did. I bantered back and forth with Juno and all I ever got were generic responses.

The third person I referred was intentional, because we followed the rules to a tee. Her subscription qualified in October. Here it is January and still no money. I have e-mailed nasty little notes telling that what a lying, deceitful company they are and when I find another ISP that is reasonable, I am gone.

I read through all the Internet rip offs and I can't believe that there isn't another Juno referral complaint. Surely I am not the only one this has happened to. Maybe some people just don't want to follow up on things that are unjustly done to them.
