Bonzibuddy maxalert ripoff my computer has been totally messed up ever since i downloaded bonzibuddy

I am totally unhappy with bonzi buddy and maxalert, i continuously have to download them, they are screwing up my system. Maxalert has never found anything that i might need to know about. I want my money back this is totally frustrating, i am tired of wasting my time on trying to restore these programs, and now i cannot reboot them at all the programs are still on my system but they are not accessible. Help!!!
