Went in with a desktop computer, it had crashed

Brought our desktop computer in on Feb. Was told that they can bring everything back up that we lost, all our files and pictures. They charged me $ 422.01 to my credit card, and we left the computer for several days. When we got the computer back, would not even turn on. Took it back. Next day picked it up. Could not even get on the internet. Took it back they wanted to charge us another $ 200.00, to "fix" the problem, my husband said no we just got paying 400 dollars for nothing, they took it back. We picked it up another week. Our files where ALL lost, the computer was not " fixed". Had to call someone else to fix our system. Never was able to get all our files and pictures like Best Buy stated. Will NEVER buy anything from them, and we files a complaint with Federal Trade Commission. We where REFUSED our money back.
