T-Mobile
T-Mobile is trying to add additional amounts to services I already had under contract

Electronics and household app.

I entered into a cellular phone contract with T-Mobile in June for two years which will end in June. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company but what happened today is the last straw.

One of the main reasons I purchased this particular phone was because it had a mobile hot-spot; this way if I needed to use my laptop, I could do that, and since I do field work, it seemed to be a logical choice. I also have unlimited everything; data, text, mobile to mobile, the entire package. At first I was delighted to have the hot spot because it was conveneient but all these months later, T-Mobile wants to charge me an additional $14.99 on top of the 99.85 that I already pay. Funny thing is; my contract won't be up until June so it would be cheaper for me to pay the $200.00 to terminate the contract than to continue to allow T-Mobile to keep tricking me.

They already attempted to make some bogus offer after I called and complained about changing the terms of the contract before the contract has ended. As it stands, I figure they will lose a total of $900.00 plus any future revenues from me if I get out of the contract now for $200.00 and all because they refuse to give me the service that I was promised when I entered into the contract. I don't care what changes are going on in the industry, you CAN'T change a contract before the contract has expired. What type of crooked crap is this? If I tried something like this, they would have my ass in court so fast, my head would be spinning.
