This service is shady. Customer service is rude, condescending and argumentative. The satellite signal is very undependable, and will be out for days at a time. Whatever you do, DON'T pay for a service call. They will want to charge you $50 for a one-time call or $60 spread over 12 months for a "service plan"; however when you finally have had enough of the undependable signal and cancel, they'll suddenly offer you a free service call. No idea how many people have been scammed with the $50 or $60 service fee simply because they didn't have the nerve to refuse it.
