I am very disappointed with Direct TV. I've only had the service for 5 months, but I have the lost the satellite signal at least 25 times. I live in the Midwest so we have seen our share of rain and storms this past spring and summer, and with every rain, wind or any sign of bad weather my satellite loses it's signal and I'm left with no TV. I of course have called their rude customer service about this only to be informed that if I want someone to come and check the satellite they installed that it would cost me 50.00 dollars. Needless to say I am going to switch back to Time Warner Cable ASAP!
