In Feb 08 i sent back my MP-3 player W / $6.00 Money order to Coby Maspeth N.Y. 7 Months later i still have Nothing from them. Mp-3 $79.99, long distance phone calls $75.00, $6.00 Money order. And Nothing but excuses and B.S. From Coby. There specalists Kate & Raheem are Useless! Now after all i have been through, I never want a Coby Product again!!
