Terrible Customer Service Experience - Direct TV

We have had DirecTV for several months, and have never had very good satellite signal. Throughout the duration of our subscription, we have had signal go out for hours at a time, TV episodes either partially record on our DVR or not at all, etc. After several calls and even having a service visit, our service continued to be unsatisfactory. Upon calling to cancel due to these service issues, we have been assessed a $200 cancellation fee. I am very disappointed, and would not recommend trying the service at all, because clearly if there are issues that are the fault of the provider, they will not be flexible at all in letting you out of the contract.
