I have had no complaints up until now except that when it storms I don't get signal. I just had my roof repaired and the people unhooked my satellite. This is not Direct Tv's fault or mine. No one can reinstall our satellite until Sunday, July 24th. This is absurd and it's bad service. We still are paying for these days even though we are not watching tv. Your competition offers a hell of a better service than this. If need be, hire more technicians because this is not sitting well with me at all and I might consider another company if I have to wait 5 days because that's not good business.
