"Dedicated" Case Manager, huh?

I spent all day on the phone with Sears trying to get to talk to the "Dedicated" case manager I had been assigned. She did not accept phone calls, nor did she return them. When I called the "Emergency" line, the case manager there refused to help me because it was not her case.
I finally got ahold of someone at corporate and got my order cancelled. I promptly ordered a nicer model from a local retailer.
Sears customer service is rotten from first contact with overseas help right through the corp office. I am going to keep exploring to find out why I was refused help with my delivery issue. I've never seen anything like a customer service person refusing to help because it was another individual's "case". Wow.
