I wrote a complaint on the Sears wall yesterday about Sears messing up my service appointment and leaving me stuck without my dryer for another week, and the horrendously poor assistance I got from the 1st customer service person I called. Scott J. Responded to my FB post and senior case manager Tricia B. Worked to resolve the problem by getting repair scheduled sooner. Thank you, Sears!
