Sears online (no) service - Seagrove furniture set

I ordered an expensive patio set online and paid extra for a early morning delivery. The delivery truck got to my house literally 2 minutes before I had to leave for work! I asked if they were going to assemble the furniture and they said no that was another department and then they left. I contacted the local Sears store and left on my lunch break to add the installation (assembly fee) to the order and she was great. Gave me a customer service number for installation that I called as soon as I left the store and told me that they would have someone out the next morning and would be calling me that night to confirm the times. Eight o'clock at night, no call so I contacted "customer service" who then told me that the FIRST person in the installation line hadn't done her work correctly and that they couldn't arrange for assembly until the NEXT week! I ordered the furniture for a party so ended up calling friends, thinking we could try an put the staff together ourselves... Only to find out the table was missing! Called customer service again, and the first non English speaking person told me that I must not have ordered the table (even tho the advertisement is for a NINE PIECE SET). I went online, confirmed that the table was included, called back again and was transferred three times until I finally spoke to a "non solutions case manager". She told me to call back in the morning, contact another "case manager" and they would arrange for pick up of the incomplete order, send a new order AND arrange the install the NEXT weekend. So... The next morning I called and after a total of 17!!! Calls NO ONE could coordinate a pickup, delivery and assembly within an 8 hour window because of TWO of SEARS' mistakes! Now I have to wait for them to come out, pick up the incomplete order and God knows what how long to get my $ back so I can go somewhere as far away from SEARS as I can possibly be! PS THANKS for ruining my party where I had mismatched furniture from friends. NEVER will shop at SEARS again!
