Inadequate support, usually dropping baggage!

I'm in america Navy and was positioned in the united kingdom between September and July. I got a visit to Bucharest, Romania in 2003 easily am not mistaken and reserved a trip on Alitalia Airlines. The visit to Romania was a pleasant one-but upon my return trip back it had been a headache. First the trip dropped my baggage and that I needed to delay two hours in-line to document a state using the flight in the airport. This obviously charge me the final practice back again to Manchester that we needed to obtain a taxi for around $120 instead. Next I waited in regards to a month and named the organization. They explained I'd to get hold of work in Ny since I have was a US resident. Every time I named they possibly hung-up on me or might imagine to move me towards the proper division after which hang-up on me. They never could provide the quantity of the division.
