Rude and impolite

Not just are your flight attendants rude, your whole organization is rude...

That you don't have the courtesy to reply this e-mail delivered on Dec. 21,

We flew from Ohio to Milano on Alitalia~not our first visit to Europe~but

Our first visit to Europe on Alitalia and ideally it'll be our last. We

Were running a business-top class also it was undoubtedly the worse service-we have

Actually obtained. Clearly, Americans aren't accepted or handled really

Properly on Alitalia. Luckily, in the USA we don't handle "visitors"

Differently which means this was very difficult to comprehend the attitude of one's trip

Attendants. From Miami to Milano I believed the flight attendants were

Simply having a "poor morning", but returning from Milano to Ohio they demonstrated

That there have been no "terrible times" plus they were simply rude and rude to

American visitors.
