Package Due September 10 Never Arrived, No Door Tag Left

On September 10 I was supposed to receive my package, and I never received it. It is now September 11, and I still have not received it or heard anything from FedEx, not even a door tag. This is the second time.
I was home all day long, sitting in the window. I even called several times and still nothing. I have already missed two days from work, and the only answer I get is "we can see if we can send it tomorrow." :(
