Worst service i have experienced from a big box company and i have had many!
First i get a call @ 715AM from your delivery team that they will be here today (april 9th) to deliver my couch which i didnt even know they were coming! I called back after 9 to finally speak to a rep (i dont understand why you guys call people at 715am when you guys dont even have a live person on your end for issues) and i said please deliver it on thursday (april 11) as my wife and I have to goto work. They arrived at 11am on april 9th as my wife was going to leave for work. She was 30 mins late because of this... Since we didnt they would arrive on apr 9th, we didnt move the current furniture (which we bought from the brick) and they would not shift it over for my wife. Last delivery they opened the box and got rid of the box, when my wife asked them to do so as well he gave her a blank stare and said NO. Then she asked can you move the couch over 5 feet and he shurugged his shoulders and said NO, you want me to take this couch back? Wonderfull customer service. I then called your delivery line and deerfoot meadows location and asked for a manager or a call back and have not heard from anyone since... I have and will continue to let people know what kind of customer service the brick holds.
