The brick, broken furniture - recliner couch

I canot for the life of me beleive the trouble i m going through with the brick. Bought 2 recliner couches in july, didnt receive them until september and broke in end of october, I have been fighting with them since then to get them fixed. Now im told that there are no parts for this couch and was offered 450.00 for a 2000.00 couch thats not even a year old. Are you kidding me, this is not exeptable. I will fight this with all i got, i will not let this go until i receive new couches. Never again will i buy something from this store ans i have told everyone i know about the lack of service i received.
