Consumers Beware - Couch and Bed

I ordered a leather reclining couch, box spring, bed frame and mattress from the store and was told that the delivery would be made 2 weeks later and that the furniture would be fully assembled. On the date of delivery I was advised that the furniture would arrive between 10:00 and 11:00... After missing a day of work and waiting around all day the furniture didn't arrive until 3:30. When the delivery guy showed up he was ignorant and said he had no time to put my bed frame together, after telling him that was the agreement he gave me attitude and put it together while making comments about his girlfriend being mad that he would be late coming home from work and he didn't have time for it. The couch was left on its end in a box in my living room for ME to assemble. After he left I was making my bed and noticed a rip in the mattress... The exit sign in the lobby downstairs was broken and hanging from the ceiling from hitting it with the mattress (which was caught on camera) and upon opening the box that the couch was in there were muddy footprints all over it! I contacted the brick s delivery line and because it was 5:00 they were closed... Called the next day and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes I was hung up on... Finally after getting through to them after another hour hold time I was told a new mattress would be delivered and that someone would contact me about the issues... Nobody ever called back and when I called back for follow up the CSR was rude and not able to help me. The mattress is supposed to be delivered today and once again the delivery is late and the company has yet to call me back... I will never shop at the brick again!
