I placed an order over the phone at The Brick. I ordered a sectional couch and a bedroom set. I placed the order on Aug 3, to be delivered Sept 1. It's now Sept 3rd at noon. So far, the issues have been:
1) We got the wrong handed sectional couch. We wanted a right hand and got a left hand. The right hand won't be in until the 11th. They will replace it then.
2) Only the bed frame and mirror were delivered on the 1st. The delivery guys did not assemble the bed.
3) The remaining bed set items came today, Sept 3rd. The delivery men also did not set up the bed, because it was not part of their order. I had to call the deliveries department, who asked them to come back. They did come back and successfully set up the bed frame.

4) One of the wooden supports that attach the mirror to the dresser was broken. The guy tried to screw it in and it snapped in half. I phoned to have it exchanged. The woman in customer service said we could pick up our 1 wooden beam from the store when it comes in "some time next week". If we want to pay for it again, they'll deliver it, but it won't get set up for us.
