Never Shop at The Brick!

I bought living room furniture from The Brick on 401 and Weston on Sept. 19 and my experiences have been horrible. The sale person and the managers were extremely rude... When I called the store to speak with a manager they put me on hold and never came back on a line. The delivery process is even worst, they told me they would call to give me 3 hours window when they would deliver the furniture... They never called. Just showed up at my apt when I was not home and told me to let them in. I called The Brick deliver dept. To explain this and again the customer service person I talk to was rude, yelling at me and calling me a liar. I requested to speak to a manager and she hung up the phone on me. I called back to speak with a manager and she didn’t do anything to resolve my issues. I have to wait another 4 more days to have my stuff deliver. I work in a service industry and I talk to a customer like the way The Brick associate talk to me I would have been fired on the spot., I would never shop at The Brick again.
