Haven't Received Credit Card or The Documents Submitted Back - Credit Card

Hi,

I have applied for the Citibank Credit Card and even submitted the
documents along with the photograph to the executive 2 weeks ago. But, I
haven't received the card and nobody has even informed me about the status
of the card.

I would request you to update me on the same and if return the signed
documents, in case I am not found eligible for the card.
