Issue in ECS

Hi Team,

I am having personal loan in CITI Bank and Loan No: LGGBA26530891, there is a problem in ECS for EMI and every time they are asking me to do manual payment through online.
It is very difficult to me to do every time, I have given all valid documents for ECS facility and you people are failed to do ECS for EMI, and they are creating problem to me every month.
Even I have called to customer care for couple of times and unfortunately I am not getting proper response from them, So please resolve this issue ASAP.
