Paid Over R4000 in Advance Fees for Loan Never Paid

I was looking for a loan when Citibank approached me. The lady said that they are from Citibank New York and that they give unsecured loans. I have dealt with Jody Mans, Lesedi and Jessica.

To date, I have paid more than R4000 in admin fees for them to pay out a loan. I am not sure if this is a scam or if these people are just plain incompetent. Every time they say the loan will be paid, they ask you for more money.

They don't give reasons. They threaten you and tell you that if you don't pay, you will lose your money, just this one amount, and you will get your loan and be refunded all fees.
