Unresolved Billing Issue and Late Fees for Ten Months

Am a user of your citi bank credit card & I am facing bill issue problem since last 10 month I want to clear out of these issue I have made all valid dues except late fee and finance charges & services charges I have talked to several time to customer care regarding same but didn't get proper respond yet

. I am very frustrated and disappointed of Citi card please resolve as soon as possible it my humble request other wise I will thrown out this card and close all citi account
