Cairo Car Loan Cheques and Renewal Letter Not Provided

Kindly note that I have a big issue with Citibank. I got a car facility from Citi 5 years ago and it was finished last month, and no one is helping me to receive my signed cheques or the car renewal letter to renew my car. The car has been parked under my home for one month without any use because I can't renew it.
So please, I need any help.
P.S.: The branch is Cityphone and Citibank in Garden City, Cairo, Egypt.
