Refinance

We are going through a refinance right now and our Loan officer at Citi told us it would take up to 90 days. It's been almost 5 months and we still get no answers! They've given us several dates as to when the underwriter will get to the file and nothing. We have asked to talk to a supervisor or manager and no response. They keep saying we're hoping the underwriter will get to your file next week which they've said 10 times. This is unacceptable. We would have chosen another bank if we knew this is how they would handle our business. I'm shocked at how many complaints there are with the same situations. Could someone please help me get the info of a supervisor or manager in the Glendale, CA area for Citibank that I could call and complain to and maybe then they'll close our loan asap and honor their word! I wish we never chose Citibank in the first place but we've waited this long so not sure what to do! Thanks!
