Hello, I have been a credit card holder for 30 years with Citi Bank, like most of the people in the USA, I have had some hard times, I recently called citi bank and tried to make a payment plan for my card, in no way did I ask for any kind of reduction, all I wanted to do was have a payment plan a month that I could afford. The answer was no, we can not help you. What is up with this, Citi Bank does not care about people, If anyone out there is thinking of using Citi bank, my advise to you is don't they will not work with you
