Friendly East Meadow Banker Offered Credit Card and Job Advice

As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted and seated by a banker named Michael Genova at the East Meadow Citi Bank branch.

All I wanted to do was open a checking account, but he followed up with questions about where I work and how I like it. I told him about my credit history, and he offered a secure credit card to help build it.

He also offered advice on getting a job with Citi, and the branch manager overheard and also recommended it. They then gave me complimentary headphones.

This was all very cool, and I am definitely sticking with Citi just based on their customer service.
