Bank gave false information and refused responsibility for its mistake

Citibank do not take responsibility for their action. Citi bank give false information to their customers. Citi bank is unreliable. One of the worst bank there is. They are not willing to work with their customer even when the mistake was made on their end. I'll never open an account with your bank again and will not recommend Citi bank to anyone.
