This is the the worst bank ever. Do not do any business with Citi bank. When calling customer service, they route you to different representatives. After speaking to a couple of representatives on different days, they all confirmed the same information. Today, when I called they said only our department handles this and all the other representatives gave me the wrong information. What a waste of time!!! This was regarding the citi mastercard. I have had issues with their checking account, mortgage, and credit cards. So what can they do well? Apparently they cannot get anything right!!!
