Ready Debit - Just want to make payment

I've make a call today at 5.15am to check how much I need to pay for the Ready Credit amount. The agent Kratijah had do some verification question with me, however, I really cant the last transaction for my credit card. But she insist to ask this question or she can only let the manager call me after 9am.
I've told her that I really cant remember when and where is the last tranx use for my CC. She can ask me another verification question, right Now, Im unable to make the payment and I believe the interest will charge on me.

I'm working mid nite shift from 10pm-6am, I need to sleep at 8am everyday, means Im unable to make the payment unless I got the stupid call from your manager??? What's wrong wit I just need to make the payment???

And before i apply Citibank credit card, the sales agent told me the credit limits is 10K but in the end it is not. I thought Citibank is a international trustworthy bank to be trust, but im facing this issue again and again. For sure I will cancel all account after 1 year.

And, your website, I've forgot my password call and also reset. But it still unable to log in, I really feel disappointed on your service provided.

Now, who will be going to settle this issue for me? I want to make the payment but i cant now.
