No TV after a month & worst customer service ever - Awful Customer Service

A month ago a direct TV rep came to my house to set up the dish. He left a box for the TV in my living room. The box has never worked and Direct TV tried walking me through setting up the TV. The box still did not work. They tried to blame it on the outlet. I pointed out the tech should have notice whether the outlet was working or not when he set up the box. The only way I got results was to say I was cancelling. I am not paying for a month of TV I never received. I've been on the phone with them for an hour and a half and this is still not resolved. They love to put you on hold for extended periods, perhaps hoping you will just give up.
