Problem with sat box

I have 3 boxes from Direct TV, one of them was not picking up the signal for over a month it would pickup and drop it. I did not have time to call so I put it off for about a month and keep paying for the service. When I call it in to the customer service they treated me like I did something wrong to start with. They put me on to a tech which could not fix it or know why it did not pick up so they said they were going to send a tech out to look at it in a week. He came and adjust the sat but said it most likely was a bad box to call them back and have them send a new one out.

Well it worked till the tech left the house so I call Direct TV back and they said they did not believe he said that and I said well you ask the tech your self. They said they can not contact him because he was a contractor and did not know who he was. I said you sent a stranger to my house and you can not even know who he is. Yes they said.

I said if your not going to send out a box then take it out I am not paying for something that does not work. After two manager they finally said they were going to send a box out. Fist they charge me for the shipping, then then they took it off after a month when I contact them. Next they charge me for the tech to come out. They did not say at the time I would be charged for this or I would have just taken the box out, why pay for something that does not work. When I got the bill for the tech I call them they could do nothing. I decided to go with another company. When I when to cancel with Direct TV they offer me $200. To stay and said it was their fault. I said not they had very bad service and canceled.
Next day they called back and said I was treated badly and offered $300 to stay. I said why did I have to quit to become such a good customer. Why not help me when I needed it. I told them now thanks.

A week later they did not send final bill they just pulled the money out of my bank accounts I found it when I went to check my accounts. I call them and said I always pay my bill on time for over three years, why did you just take the money with out sending me a final bill for my account. They said they can do that because it is in the contract. I said that sound sneakily to me.

I will never us they company again, their all for them self and the heck with the customer. I should have known when they installed it what a botch up that was it would end this way. Be aware this is a very uncaring company.
