Don't know how they stay in business - Direct TV / ATT bundle

This company has absolutely the worst all around service, movies etc. They made an ; absolute mess when installing[; stated they would give us a month credit (don't hold your breathe). The commercial where you can watch a movie then move to another room. (HAHAHAHAH) Doesn't work. Ordering a movie; what a nightmare. I ordered a movie on the TV with a DVR and wanted to want it upstairs. No, that is not possible. But you can call us and paid an addition two dollars to watch it in your bedroom. I had DISH and I wish I had never left it. We are considering paying the 400 bucks and cancelling. This company blows.
