Customer service broken promises ready to find another carrie

It all started when we went with comcast triple play. We were customers with centurylink/quest for 17 years very loyal customers but i choose comcast for the bundle package i have never had so many frustrations, headaches, since this started. It has been a nightmare. I have been on the phone 10 or more hours trying to fix everything, from the beginning every person that i have spoken with has given me different and false information. I have waited hours try to talk to supervisors about the frustrations broken promises and false advertisement. I have not received a bill in along time i did not want to call bc of the nightmare it is. I am so concerned about the bill i finally had to call and yet again i waited and i begged and pleated to have someone just call me back instead of waiting they would not do that doesn't surprise me i received a call on friday from an employee that had the wrong number so i told him everything and he said guess what im so sorry thats all ive heard so i hate that word now. He promised a call from his sup monday well guess what noone called thats when i called this evening and after waiting 30 minutes for a supervisor he was no help he told me to go to the post office i have never had a problem recieving anything til now and i asked for the corp number he said he did not have it he told me he would take my number and have a superior call within 3 to 5 days. I am very upset and have gotten no where a comcast tech told me to call and cancel service with century link on the 25th of oct so i did and century link said i couldn't cancel til the 30th 3 different times we were suppose to have techs out those times and dates were all wrong we were without a home phone for over 5 days and now theres cable wires all over my back yard they didn't burry them, and this is just a few things that were wrong. I am getting no where with your supervisors i am not a happy customer and i would like some one with some customer service skills to please help resolve my husband says hes disconnecting everything after i've been thru all this i need some one to fix our issues and make us happy before we have to discontinue. I may only be one of your many customers but i think i deserve better and i hope we get this fixed but i will not hold my breath
