Overbillling for TV Boxes - comcast cable tv

Last December, Comcast came out to repair a phone line. The next month we received a bill for 4 cable boxes; whereas, we only have 2. I have called Comcast monthly and spent hours on the phone, was told they would research it and call me back, even spoke to supervisors who indicated the same. I went to the Comcast store and took all my paperwork. After that for 3 months I received bills for 2 boxes, but guess what, after that I started recieving bills for 4 boxes. I went to the store and turned in the 2 boxes I have and told them I wanted my bill resolved and the charges taken off for the extra 2 boxes they were billing me. They said their supervisor was not there and she would call me and also that I needed to call in and talk to a supervisor about removing the charges. No call back from the supervisor at the store. I called comcast customer service 2 days ago and talked to supervisor, Albert Goodwin, who told me he would get it taken care of and call me back the next day. Guess what - no calls back. We told them they could disconnect the 2 extra boxes and whoever had them should call them and advise that they had the boxes Comcast was billing us for. I am at my wits end - What to do? ANy suggestions???
