Customer service give no service

I recd a bill for 500 dollars in error which i didnt pay and lost my services with verizon. I wrote and called and emails to explain i pay every bill in full but i dont owe this bill. They then charged me a re instatement fee and late fees. I told them i would not pay a bill that is not mine.

Went to the escalations dept for 90 days in which they appologized and gave me a full credit. This lasted 5 days and was reversed by the company but not one knows who or why. Started the process again and it is 60 days and i recd full credit again. This laster for 7 days and now i have no service and all the fees are back on my account. Worst company on planet earth by far. Avoid like the plague
