Cheated out of a thousand dollars

On 12/18/10 my wife signed up for special internet service while whe was away and was told by the Verizon person, Shaun Phillips, the service was for 90 days, and would automatically disconnect after that. For a 15 dollar fee it would be reconnected for another 90 days, with the charge of $59.99 a month. But Mr. Phillips got it reversed - the service reconnected automatically if you didn't pay the fifteen dollars to SUSPEND the service for another 90 days. So we were billed $59,99 every month and every time I called VERIZON to ask what the charge was, or to explain the bill they would tell me they did not know and a supervisor would call back in 24 -48 hours. No one ever did and we were charged $59.99 every month with the charge hidden in the impossible to read bill (even Verizon admitted the bill was "impossible to read." All they would return was six month of charges after many, many, many phone calls. They still owe me 18 months of service they admit was never used or wanted by me.
