Don't Care About Where They Install

Their service folks often take shortcuts to install satellite units. Came home to find a satellite dish on my property — in this case, its the newer, larger dish which except for the support pole is in my yard, not the actual customer's yard.

When calling to resolve, Direct TV didn't think it was their issue... Just one more person who gets on the phone and says nothing of any value.

After 30 minutes on a call... No resolve.
