Apartment owner demanded all tenants get rid of satellite dish or be evicted

The owners of this apartment complex originally said that those of us with a dish could keep it but no new tenants could have a dish but they had to go to cable tv not satellite. Then a few weeks later she said that she was sick of looking at the dishs and that we either move them below a 2 ft patio fence or get rid of them. Since 2 ft does not allow for any reception at all many of us here had to break our Direct tv contract. Now I find out that I have to pay $220 for the remaining months on my contract even though this entire situation was totally out of my control Direct tv is still demanding that I pay them $220 or they will automatically deduct it fom my bank account. Can anyone help me??? I dont have $220 to hand over to Direct tv. I did NOT break the contract because I wanted to but because I was forced to.
