What the hell

Well here's the story, moved into my new apt.in July never got a bill from ' WINDSTREAM ' so today Sept. 1 called customer service up to find out where my bill was, they said it was mailed out, asked them well where is it then? They said it was mailed to the address i provided, i said and what address was that? I'm not going to disclose my address but it was mailed to an address way on the other side of the state i live in, go figure. And as far as their financial support team, well don't even bother they 'SUCK' I did finally get to talk to 1 customer service women who was more than helpful and this was after 3 calls and the 2nd time calling they still had the wrong address for my bill to be sent to. Word of advice, There are far many better companies to do business with.
