I changed from dial up to highspeed DSL Sept.. Selected Windstream since it is our telephone company. The very first three or four weeks were ideal. Once they moved customer support to Asia, support degraded. Each bill was significantly more than the prior statement. They slowed up the DSL and provided highspeed for $5 more monthly. Used to do not subscribe to the increased cost, but i had been charged the extra charge. DSL continues to be sluggish. Plenty of difficulty using the link. I'll change companies before I proceed to have a problem with the corporation. I get literally sick after I need to cope with the Indian customer support. Good way to DAMAGE a great company!!! Approach to take people.
