I was a client of Windstream for over a decade for my business internet and phone service. Because of constant service issues we decided to leave and cut costs. Gave Windstream an opportunity to change our plan but no one ever responded to me after numerous requests over a several month period.

I have pested two months earlier than I was told, we spent 22 days without a working main phone number while they worked on it. We finally got the lines ported to a new carrier and Windstream never called or responded to my numerous calls and requests.

I keep getting billed every month, but yet they are providing me with nothing but a bill. After 6 calls in the last month, I see another charge to my account and Windstream asked me if I wanted to cancel the account. Isn't that what they did in Janaury?

I have personally spent over 26 hours on the phone with different people at Windstream and am on the phone again now.

This company is killing my small business.
