Dear Joyce,

I have attempted to reach you by phone to discuss my comments you express my concerns as well as discuss any other questions that I had related to your Verizon Wireless account. Additionally, I would like you to know why you have not returned my contact. You stated "it is very important to us as we continuously strive to improve our customer service processes". As a Verizon Wireless customer I have given you every opportunity to correct the problems that have occurred. Verizon Wireless has not made every effort to meet and exceed the expectations of your customers. You have not shown you are committed to providing top quality service with every contact.
