Verizon billing problems - Verizon broadband DSL for business

After one month and countless hours on the phone and visiting the store I have learned that Verizon FIOS does not talk to Verizon Wireless. The other Verizon is known as Verizon Communication. They are two separate companies and one cannot see the bill of the other. I recently switched our wireless account to my spouse's name and am now being billed by both and neither one can correct it because they have told me they do not know what the other company is doing.
