Incredible! Rude, unaware customer support represenative, boss, & managers!

I've been together for 20 years. Because of nfl solution. After 35 minute. On-hold i tried to describe my situation for them, (our bank established pymt in their mind 5 times early), nevertheless given that they did not display that it published they could not trigger my alternative recipient. Though our

Support wasn't disconected however (5 days just before) they said they couldn't activate our new phone that i'm spending money on, till they are pc says it experienced - despite the fact that i gave them a verification # from my bank. Their unwillingness to accomodate a-20 year. Client of theirs, exhibits they don't understand what customer support is!!! I'd never treat my customers as their "outsourced", low-national so-called customer support idiots handled me.

I'll immediately discontinue my account together, and certainly will do anything i will to see all my collegues and clients todo exactly the same.
