Not just did Greyhound over-charge my banking account for my solution, additionally they had me on-hold with customer support for more than 20 units during peak calling hours. It's rude an unprofessional to deal with clients just how that I had been handled and that I believe that others have obtained exactly the same or worse treatment. Greyhound must cleanup its work before a business that's greater customer support than them arrives...
